Opening the event, Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Radulov, emphasized the strategic role of farmers in supporting the region’s economy. He highlighted the importance of transparent cooperation and effective tax administration as key pillars of resilience during wartime.
Yehor Chyksheiev, Director of the Department of Agrarian Policy, Food, and Land Relations, provided an update on the progress of preparations for harvesting early grains and legumes in the region.

Legal aspects of land transactions under martial law
Land lease agreements and the protection of farmers’ rights
Cooperation with the public sector in drought-prone regions
Adoption of cutting-edge technologies at modern grain elevator facilities
Organized by the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council, the event brought together farmers, legal experts, land surveyors, and agribusiness leaders from across the region.
